Sumario:The objective of this work is to better understand the possibilities of training for the development of Memory Management in the Brazilian Judiciary. The development of skills is presented as a tool linked to a conception of a managerial State, focused on results. The characteristics of the competency-based management model in contemporary Brazilian public management are presented, as well as the social impacts of Memory Management activities in this model. Training is defended as a People Management work process that seeks to boost activities aimed at promoting the Memory of the Judiciary. Learning paths and active methodologies are also exposed as strategies for boosting the training of the workforce working in Judicial Memory Management. This work was carried out based on qualitative and bibliographical research, of an explanatory nature. Examples of training already carried out in the Judiciary are presented, using learning trails and gamification. It concludes by pointing out that there is enormous potential to be explored for the development of various instructional resources aimed at training in Memory Management in the Brazilian Judiciary.
